Online Interactive Guide to Dog-Friendly Lizard & Falmouth Beaches

Below is a comprehensive list of Lizard & Falmouth area beaches, arranged alphabetically by their Dog rules. This list covers just the area around the Lizard peninsula and Falmouth, from Rinsey Head to the beaches of Falmouth.There are 5 groups: Dogs welcome all year; Banned Easter day to 1^st October All day;

Banned Easter day to 1^st October 7AM to 7PM; Banned May through September 8AM to 7PM and finally never allowed. The dog lovers must also understand that there are good reasons for disallowing dogs, such as working harbours, etc. Also some of us humans may not want to always be around doggies and that is OK too! So that is why all are included here.

The list’s second column has any special notes; a Google map reference link; UK Ordnance Survey map grid reference and the closest post code to be found. Plug the OS grid map reference code into OS Opendata Viewer or the Ordnance Survey Get-a-map sites or use with your paper OS maps to locate the beaches.

Also please be a responsible dog owner and clean up after your dog(s).
